Evacuated Tube Based Collectors


We provide solar thermal system solutions, especially for industries. Our evacuated tube based technology is based on non-pressurized Solar Systems, where water is directly flowing in the vacuum tubes. This increases the efficiency and the high water content ensures stable operation conditions. Combined with the forced circulation controlled solar pumps, work efficiently under all operation conditions.


The SRE solar collectors comprise of the following parts:

1. Evacuated Tube (ET)

This type uses the all-glass evacuated tube solar collectors as the heat-absorbing element. The high vacuum degree of the clearance between the outer and inner tube reduces the heat emission which is caused by convection and conduction. The layer films (coating) of the all-glass evacuated tubes transfer the sun energy into heat energy. The high absorption and low emittance rate of Sunray's layer films is unique.

2. Manifold

The manifold is made of stainless steel. The header is a pair of contoured copper pipes with dry connect sockets that the evacuated tubes plug into. The manifold casing is made of a strong but lightweight stainless steel that is folded to form a strong protective enclose. In addition the glass wool insulation is literally baked like a cake to form a complete structural shell around the header pipe.

3. Mounting Frame

The mounting is easy to install with various options and settings according to different mounting methods.
